Return Policy:

All Dead on Arrivals (DOA) must be reported to OC Aquatic within 4 hrs of receiving your package. Please do not remove or open the bag and email CustomerService@OCAquatic.com with a picture of the dead animal along with your order information. OC Aquatic may request that you send back the package for inspection.

OC Aquatic will only guaranty that the animals arrive live on FedEx overnight shipments. If you are ordering more delicate animals, please select FedEx overnight. If you have any questions regarding this please feel free to contact us at CustomerService@OCAquatic.com or call us at 714-965-7888.



Live Goods:

All livegood frags are approximate size and shape unless marked as WYSIWYG "What you see is what you get".



Dry Goods:

Return/Exchanges will be accepted on dry goods only. Please contact us within 48 hrs of receiving the package so that we can issue a return authorization number. All Returns/Exchanges on non-defective items will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Open items will be charged a 25% restocking fee.



Defective Items:

Please contact us within 48hrs of receiving any defective item. OC Aquatic will issue a replacement of a defective item as soon as possible. After 48 hrs please contact the manufacturer for any warranty issue.



Shipping Policy:

All live orders will be delivered on Tuesdays. If you would like to have the package shipped out on a different day please contact us after the order is placed. We generally recommend you choose FedEx for any live order because it is the most reliable shipping method. However, for certain animals such as Zoanthids and Snails that are more hardy, it my be economical to ship via Express mail or Priority mail. If you are in close proximity of Southern California, these two methods can generally reach you within 24 hours. Again, please note the OC Aquatic will only guarantee live on FedEx shipments.
